How does GiftMojo Work for Gift Recipients?

GiftMojo allows anyone to purchase and send gifts to their loved ones virtually just with an email address.




What is GiftMojo?


GiftMojo is a hassle-free way of online gift-giving built for the post-pandemic world. With GiftMojo, gifters don't have to know the recipient's size, preferred color, or even shipping address. All that's needed at the time of purchase is the recipient's email address. Once the purchase is made, GiftMojo sends an email to the receiver that contains a link for the receiver to claim the gift. When claiming the gift, receiver fills in the exact shipping address and chooses product options such as size and color. GiftMojo then shares this information with the store, and the gift is delivered to the recipient.


My friend sent me a gift via email. How do I claim it?


When you open your email, you'll see a button that says "GET MY GIFT". Click on that button, and it'll redirect you to the gift claim form. If the gift comes in more than one option such as color and size, you'll see a dropdown of available options. Select your option, fill in your shipping address, and click on the "Confirm" button. When your gift is successfully claimed, you'll get a confirmation email from us.



What if I can't find my country/region in the gift claim form?


If the country/region you see on the gift claim form doesn't match your actual shipping address, click on the underlined text above the country/region that says "Not the right country/region?" You'll see a dropdown of countries to choose from. Upon selecting a country from the dropdown, if a region name is required for the shipping address for the given country, you'll also see a dropdown of regions to choose from.

A product option that's on the store is missing in my gift claim form. Why?


This could happen if the missing product option is priced differently from the option pool the gift sender selected at the time of gift purchase. You'll only see product options that share the same price as the option pool price.
